TX16Wx setting "Report MIDI note names to host" is checked.
REAPER MIDI Editor setting "View->Piano roll notes->Show note names on notes" is checked.
I have a named sample in a region and I have a named group but I can't see either the region or group name on the REAPER piano roll, in either 'piano roll' or 'named notes' mode.

Am I just being stupid or is something broken?

TX16Wx 3.5.0o x64, REAPER 6.41 x64, Win10

Nope. There seems to be what I can only describe as a merge error with midi note names. Been there a while too. Really lame. Will fix.
