I notice that, until tomorrow, Steinberg is having a 30% off sale on Cubase (including Crossgrades,) bringing the price of Cubase Pro 13 down to $251 US.
Do they have sales like this often or it this somewhat unusual?
Thanks in advance for weighing in.

30% seems small. Past sales generally offer 40% or 50%. Although the times are changing as everything inflates and/or shrinkflates. You kind of need to make your own decision on these now.
I personally wait for 50% ones though.

in the original 13 version of the mixer looked like vomit, but they've improved it a lot now. I didn't want to wait anymore.

Someone had suggested this to me on another forum as well. I really appreciate the advice and comments.
I'll probably hang out a bit and wait for a better sale price. It'll give me more time to weigh things out and, in this case, I think that's just fine.
Thanks to you all!

splice is also an option https://splice.com/daws/39137111-cubase ... -steinberg
aside from not getting a discount when purchasing from it, might be less painful in small doses.
