Setting defaults for macros

Some of my synths have widely varying outputs for different patches, so I put a BC Gain module after them, and set a macro to go from -9dB to +9db. The macro's default seems to be permanently set to 0, though, when for the Gain control it should be set to 50%. I would like to be able to right-click the Gain macro control and have it reset to 50% rather than 0. I don't see a way to do this, is it possible? If not...feature request!

This is indeed not possible yet and it is one of the many improvements for macros in the todo list!
