Entire row not transmitting anything -- spoke too soon

Hi everyone -

I just received my LinnStrument and was trying it out. It looks like the entire row next to the button called "Switch 1" does not trasmit any MIDI data.

Anyone else have anything like this happen?

Mine shipped with v1.06 of the firmware.

I've emailed support, but wanted to check in over here to see if anyone had any ideas.

ISSUE SOLVED:

A different USB cable didn't help, but a different USB port did!

ISSUE IS BACK...

It will work for a bit and then that row will stop working. Bummer!

Okay, I got a call from Roger himself and he walked me through how to fix the issue and so far, it's working great.
