I like the upbeat nature, put a smile on my face.
The mix could be a lot better, very, very cluttered mid range. The minute you add distorted guitar you make for yourself big a mixing challenge. You could two-track it and pan that hard left, and hard right, and the rest not so panned (or vice versa). It just needs to get out of the way otherwise you end up with a slushy mix.
