What do you mean by oscillator sync to daw? Do you want the DAW's audio to be the master source? Or do you mean by BPM sync? Many softsynths have LFOs with BPM sync. Icarus and SERUM have MSEGs. You can do a lot with Surge and Vital!

Zebra 2. Serum. Pigments. Really almost every synth that uses oscillators that I can think of. The "custom envelopes" is slightly less common but there are lots and lots of em. And many have a mod source that's part envelope and part lfo on top of ADSRs.

You can do that with mseg that allows diff curves for each stage... usually lin/exp etc etc.

Most of what you are asking for seems to be freely available/standard in a lot of stuff.
