Precisionsound releases Ostlind Compact Piano [HAL|KON|WAV|SF2]

Precisionsound has announced the release of Ostlind Compact Piano, a new sample-set of a smaller piano with 5 octaves with natural detune and "full of charm". According to Precisionsound, this is the kind of instrument you'll find in the corner of the club or in the community center, just waiting to be played on - perfect for silent movie scoring. It will be also be a great companion in a variety of styles like ballads, pop and up-tempo rock'n'roll.

Ostlind Compact Piano contains 557 24-bit stereo WAV samples, including pedal up/down and the releases. You get 2 programs each for HALion and Kontakt. A 16-bit SoundFont version has the notes for pedal up/down and release samples separated in 3 programs. All formats are included when you buy the SampleSet.

Ostlind Compact Piano costs $69 (+$11 if you want it on DVD).
