Cableguys updates FilterShaper to v1.0.2 and VolumeShaper to v1.0.4

Cableguys has updated FilterShaper to v1.0.2 and VolumeShaper to v1.0.4.

Bug fixes:

• In Ableton Live 8, editing points in the waveform could behave buggy. This is fixed now.
