Cableguys update MidiShaper to 1.1 (incl. Mac AU)

Cableguys has updated MidiShaper to version 1.1. This new version includes the much requested support for AudioUnits on Mac OS X and can output MIDI not only to a host sequencer directly, but also to physical and virtual MIDI ports. With some hosts and plugins this makes setting up MidiShaper much easier.
