ProjectSAM releases Orchestral Essentials for Kontakt and Kontakt Player

ProjectSAM has released Orchestral Essentials, a collection of instruments from their various libraries.

ProjectSAM has carefully selected the essentials from each of their products, including the Symphobia series, True Strike series and Orchestral Brass Classic, and bundled them into one package. Moreover, new instruments not found in any other ProjectSAM products have also been included.

Covering full orchestra, string, brass and woodwind ensembles, classical and world percussion, Orchestral Essentials is intended to provide a package for scoring for film, games or pop with the “cinematic SAM sound”.

For each of the orchestral sections, an essential list of articulations is available, as well as one expressive legato instrument and a set of clusters, textures and effects. Apart from these orchestral elements, the user will find a concert harp, church organ, ProjectSAM’s renowned Dystopia sound design, and, exclusive to Orchestral Essentials, the Piano Mystique and Harpsichord.

As it is powered by Kontakt Player, it is available for 32- and 64-bit Windows and Mac OS X in stand-alone and VST, AU and RTAS instrument plug-in formats.
