G-Sonique releases "Zener Diode Limiter LM-2Z" (Analogue-style limiter for mix and mastering)

G-Sonique has released Zener Diode Limiter LM-2Z, an analogue-style limiter for mixing and mastering for Windows VST.

LM-2Z is based on the design and sound of hardware analog limiters which use Zener diodes as the main component.

G-Sonique says that compared to classic digital brickwall limiters, this emulation of the analog Zener limiter offers a more transparent, liquid and airy sound and significantly less distortion and unwanted artifacts.

Top Features:

• Limiter amount knob (amount of overall limiting).
• Bass cut knob (some deepest sub-basses can cause distortion if limited, you can remove them with this knob).
• Time constant knob (set time-based reaction of limiter to peaks, in milliseconds).
• Output volume knob.
