UVI updates CS-M to v1.5 and releases it separately for UVI Workstation

UVI has announced that CS-M 1.5, is now available with an expanded library, over 200 presets and and optimized sample engine.

Previously available only in the Vintage Legends and Vintage Vault bundles, the new CS-M is now available stand-alone for $79. Version 1.5 includes an expanded library of raw waveforms and noises sampled from the CS-01, over 200 factory presets and a highly-optimized sample engine delivering dramatically faster load-times.

UVI CS-M is a flexible dual-layer synth, delivering the authentic vintage analog sounds of the famed CS-series instruments. With extensive raw waveform and noise libraries sampled from the CS-70M, CS-40M, CS-20M and CS-01, users can create new patches with authentic analog tone from any machine specifically, or mix and match using the dual-layer architecture. A wide range of sounds can be made quickly through the intuitive UI and a flexible modulation and effects system provides further tweakability. Multiple instances of CS-M can be stacked within UVI Workstation for near-unlimited sound design potential. A large factory preset library is included with over 200 patches.

CS-M 1.5 offers native 64-bit standalone operation through UVI Workstation, comprehensive DAW support (including 64-bit AAX) and support for simultaneous authorization on up to 3 computers or iLok keys.
