Midi Madness Software updates MIDI Madness to v2.1.2

Midi Madness Software has updated MIDI Madness to 2.1.2. The update fixes a bug some users had with the AU MIDI FX version not outputting notes.

Changes since 2.1.0:

• Regenerate velocity separately.
• Regenerate pitch bend data separately.
• Disable velocity.
• Windows no longer requires the Microsoft Redistributable Pack 2010.
