Bedroom Producers Blog releases "BPB Cassette 808" for Native Instruments Kontakt

Bedroom Producers Blog has released BPB Cassette 808, a free Roland TR-808 drum machine sample collection featuring clean and tape processed samples.

The clean Roland TR-808 sounds were recorded by Gregor Zemljic in his mastering studio, passed through a high end signal chain and enhanced with a subtle LF boost. BPB also re-sampled some of Gregor's original recordings from an old audio cassette deck, providing a different, lo-fi take on the classic 808 drum sound.

Apart from the one shot samples in 24-bit WAV format, the library also contains a set of three instrument patches for NI Kontakt 5. These NKI patches feature a simple customized user interface providing direct access to the low-pass filter, envelope, reverb and delay controls.
