Smart Loops releases SL Groovy Kit and SL Tight Kit (SFZ/SF2/WAV)

Smart Loops has released SL Groovy Kit and SL Tight Kit in SF2, SFZ and WAV sample formats.

SL Groovy Kit samples are produced using a smaller drum kit that is recorded and tuned specifically for jazz, Latin, and acid-jazz. It includes samples performed live with brushes as well as drumsticks, providing a wide range of drum sounds.

• SFZ Multi-sample Mappings: 15 including Complete Kit, Complete Kit with Brushes, Kick, Snares, Snares with Brushes, All Cymbals, All Cymbals with Brushes, etc.
• SoundFont Files: SoundFont format is provided in 2 SoundFont version 2.4 files. 1 with dry mappings and 1 with room mappings.

SL Tight Kit provides two sample sets for the price of one: the first is a full drum kit, fully EQ'd and compressed, providing a dry, "tight" studio sound; the second set is the same Tight Kit with EQ and compression, but also includes the sampled room mics, providing that extra big, "John Bonham" sound.
