IK Multimedia launches new SampleTank LE sound modules: Axé and Trance Grid

IK Multimedia is pleased to announce the release of Axé and Trance Grid, two new highly focused loop sound libraries for the SampleTank sound module. These new sound libraries range from ethnic music to the hardest modern trance illustrating the wide range of sonic textures which can be obtained from a complete solution like SampleTank.

They both offer the highest standard of ease of programming and flexible groove creation being offered in construction kit format, including single sounds and also recycled loops with associated MIDI files. In both libraries users have the possibility of combining instruments and loops from sound banks in a instant, with thousands of creative combination possibilities and different grooves, because all banks share the same BPM. Furthermore, SampleTank’s easy-re-sampling feature allows for BPM adapting as easy as turning a knob.

Axé

Including more than 550 MB of sounds and loops, Axé captures the allure and mystique of typical Brazilian rhythms and sound, containing all the instruments of the Batucada set such as Surdo, Tamborim, Pandeiru, Berimbau, Repinique, Guiro, Agogo and many others. Pure Brazilian loops are played live by master carioca percussionists and were recorded by IK Multimedia at its studio facilities.

Axé is available in construction kits, a powerful tool to combine all sounds and loops, share the same tempo among them, and create in real time thousands of different grooves.

Recycled files are included for maximum control and ease of editing, giving user the ability to change tempo without pitch variation, to quantize the resulting grooves, achieving a huge amount of different possibilities for every requirement.

Trance Grid

A highly energetic Trance loops library in construction kits with separate rhythmic elements which can be played as single instruments, including Basses, BDs, Snares, Hi-Hats, Effects, Synth lines and many more, or combined together. Featuring 8 different sound and loop banks in more than 250 MB of samples, it generates zillion of trance grooves with the most intricate rhythmic combinations
