- Added version, build type, sample rate and block size to some debug messages.

Enhancements from previous versions:
- Added variable arguments, C's printf style functions support in the parser: ("format string", ...).
- Added OSCG ("format string", ...) general oscillator function.
- Deprecated functions covered by OSCG and put them in Appendix B of the manual.
- SoundFont import: use the new OSCG function. Add the temperament VST VAR. Warning: in a future release deprecated functions will be deleted. Reimport all the SoundFont files.
- Introduced FREQ0 and GAIN0: plain, not modulated values.
- Performance enhancement (merged some IFs in critical code).
- Compiled with faster flags.
- Cosmetic fixes (disabled theme on buttons) and performance enhancement (deleted redundant redraws) on the UI.

- Debug messages reworking.
- Removed UTF-8 BOM quirk.
- UTF-8 support in most UI strings (your source text file must be in UTF-8).
