FKFX announces The Freeze with pre-release available now for Patreons
FKFX has announced that The Freeze will be released in September 2022, with a pre-release available now for FXFX Patreons at patreon.com/FKFX. The Freeze's release price will be $79.
The Freeze stops the time of audio input and then performs an automated effect on the frozen sound, all with one main knob which can be automated with a morphing LFO.
The Freeze will create new textures from you existing sound, from a voice, a guitar, or piano, like in the video below.
Audio input is perpetually scanned with a high rate FFT, to give the highest precision over the frozen sound. Host automation can be used to set the exact freeze point.
Its use is simple, when you up the main freeze knob, audio input will "stop time", freeze the sound, and the more you up this knob, the more influence the effects have on the frozen sound.
