FXpansion has released a new beta version of BFD for Windows and Mac OS X (v1.5.0.41 beta).
Changes:
- Fixed: V2A, V2D, V2P not being saved/restored in KeyMap files (NOTE: these params were being saved successfully within BFD programs).
- Fixed: Hihat transition time was not being written or restored from preferences.
- Fixed: hihat tighten control could show an amount > 1.0.
- Fixed: MIDI learning notes that conflicted with choke notes were ignored; choke notes are now cleared.
- Improved: loading a new kit with elements common to the current kit will only load the kit pieces which are different.
- Changed: inter-open position hihat transitions caused by hihat pedal movement are now disabled whilst we try to improve the algorithm.
- Added: first stage of MIDI CC mapping to editor commands (see MIDI CC mapping page in Hit Options panel - very primitive at the moment, all suggestions welcome. Be warned that "command" MIDI CC's should be Unipolar controls - i.e. Buttons, not sliders. I still need to add some logic to convert slider MIDI CC's into on/off command buttons).
- Fixed: load all to RAM was broken.
