MOTU have released Digital Performer v4.5 which is packed full of new features and enhancements including the Consolidated Window, which organizes your computer screen, and the Beat Detection Engine, which performs rhythmic miracles on the feel and tempo of your audio tracks.
Upgrades from previous versions of DP are available for $149 USD.

Many of Digital Performer's powerful features are accessed in separate windows, such as the Track List, Sequence Editor, Mixing Board and Waveform Editor. Digital Performer 4.5's new Consolidated Window is designed for users who would prefer to work in one window, with access to each feature via tabs across the top of the window. - Productivity Enhancements:
