NAMM 2007Sony Media Software releases Vital Drums: The Vitale Collection [ACID|WAV]

Sony Media Software announced today the availability of Vital Drums: The Vitale Collection, the newest addition to the Sony Sound Series Premium Collection. This loop library features the renowned sound and style of rock and roll drumming duo Joe Vitale and his son, Joe Vitale Jr.

Joe Vitale Sr. is a respected multi-instrumentalist whose career spans over 30 years of touring, recording, songwriting, and production with legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artists such as The Eagles; Joe Walsh; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; John Lennon; and Keith Richards. The eldest of Vitale's sons, Joe Vitale Jr. not only engineered the sounds for this loop library, but laid down his own set of unique grooves and one-shots to enhance the collection's variety.

The Vital Drums collection includes nearly 900 files comprising more than one gigabyte of material, extensive liner notes, and a behind-the-scenes video that explains how the library was produced. Vital Drums is a two-disc, highly specialized collection that includes a sophisticated, royalty-free premium project composed with ACIDized .wav file loops which work inside Sony Media Software's ACID program, or any other program that supports the .wav or ACIDized .wav file format.

Vital Drums: The Vitale Collection is the first Vitale library to focus exclusively on kit drums and it is now available for $99.95 (MSRP).
