UVI has released EGP, a comprehensive electric grand piano instrument for UVI Workstation.
Boasting 5 channels of audio including electric, L/R and M/S mics, 10 preparation techniques (such as brush, ebow, fingers, pick, stick, ...), discrete eq, effects and dynamics for the electric and acoustic signals and a wide range of professionally prepared presets, EGP is a deep and expansive instrument.
Inspired by the renowned CP-70, EGP is a creative tool capable of everything from pristine piano sounds to ambient soundscapes and everywhere in-between. Whether you're looking to reproduce a sound from the past, explore new timbres or simply add a little magic to your arsenal, the EGP has something for everyone.
EGP is powered by the UVI Engine, leveraging analog-modeled filters, a flexible modulation architecture and a vast library of sophisticated studio effects to provide intuitive control and excellent sound quality. EGP can be loaded in the free UVI Workstation, providing native 64-bit performance, comprehensive plug-in compatibility with all major DAWs, stand-alone operation and dynamic performance controls.
