Hello,
I'm using cantabile as a simple vst host for some time now and it's fantastic.
The question is:
I've created back trucks for a song that has various tempos in it.
I'm planing to load it to cantabile as a wav file. The problem is that since it is a back track, I need to send the midi click to the drummer, but the song contains 5 different tempos.
How is it possible to synchronize a midi click with an audio truck that contains various tempos?
Any other way or solution is welcome!
Syncronize various tempo audio click with midi click

Hello!
A weirdy solution: You could use any external MTC generator (sequencer), which support tempo changes and MTC generation.
Then set up Cantabile as a slave to it.
As the song begins "Play" command is send to both applications and then they get synchronized.
I guess Ableton Live supports those operations.
Kind regards, Alexander

The second solution is to launch the audio clip with click track (audio) together.
And route click track directly to the drummer.
