Hello,
Newbie here. I just started with Cantabile Performer. I am trying to get my controller keyboard to play both a VST and an external hardware synth at the same time using the routing table. Here is a sample scenario of what I am trying to do:
Use controller Axiom 25 to play Arturia CS-80 VST and a Roland D-550 hardware sound module at the same time (layered sound). I seem to be able to play one or the other according to whichever routing is listed on top, but not both at the same time.
For my midi/audio interface I am using a Roland Quad-Capture.
Thanks!
help routing to external sound module

Hi,
most probably you forget to activate the MIDI through button in the first midi routing (little MIDI-Plug icon with down arrow). If this is desected, MIDI data isn`t transferred to the next routing so only the firts routing is active.

Thank you! Clicking the midi through icon did the trick.
