I wouldn't expect a change, as it either requires:
a) A *HUGE* amount of administration and constant hassle (either via MOSS or standard VAT)
or
b) Paying ripoff rates to an intermediary to handle all of the charges.
If your income is small from your digital sales, there is no incentive to sell any more.

How frustrating.
Too bad setting up shop over here (for example) would not be feasible.
I wonder how many shops are circumventing VAT altogether as described in http://biz.vanrein.org/essay/vat/.

Sucks but I understand. Another great synth workstation down the toilet. Would totally pay a good chunk to see this on OSX.
