Clipped Max is crashing Cubase 9.5

Clipped Max is crashing Cubase 9.5 when i try to load a ClippedMax Cubase format preset.
When i try to load a preset Cubase (*in Cubase preset format) Cubase freezes and I have to use the task bar to close down?

No the vst3 seems to be working correctly, the vst2 is still crashing though.
