Just bought my first Soundiron synth, Quadral 3. It is very cool, and I was particularly drawn to it by the ability to use my own samples with it. What I am having a problem trying to figure out, is while the wavetables and the internal samples that Quadral 3 are using keep playing/repeating as long as you hold a key down, when using my own samples with the "User Sample" engine, it just plays the sample once and stops. This is very limiting if you want to lay down a long pad that uses samples that are not extremely long to begin with.
I figure I must me missing something here. The documentation is very sparse on the User Sample section. Any ideas/help?
Quadral 3 User Sample Engine Repeatable?

Hi
It maybe the case that you need to imbed loop points into your samples before you import them into Quadral 3.

So when you hold a note it will loop(sustain) between these points.

Edit: LFO, you were 100% correct. I contacted customer service and user samples will not automatically repeat without loop points. This makes "brainstorming" sound ideas with existing samples much less convenient, but at least I know there is a solution here. I tested it out with a sample that I added loop points to and it worked perfectly.
