Antares support is ghosting me. Can’t find any other forums online so taking a shot in the dark here.
Mac OS Ventura 13.6
Auto tune central 1.3.8
I open the app and get the splash screen which says “setting things up,” then it mysteriously closes out on me with no errors.
Uninstalled/reinstalled Codemeter osx runtime. Restarted computer. Reinstalled autotune central. Same thing.
All my plugins are installed already but licenses can’t be verified without running ATC.
Anyone know what’s up
Auto tune central crashing

Antares support are now replying by ignoring my previous detailed email responses (with multiple screenshots I attached), saying they will close the ticket if they don’t hear back in 2 days.?. as if I never responded?
Then when i try to reply, i get an auto response back that my ticket was already closed without them solving anything. Happened twice so far and i need to keep reopening the ticket. Rinse, & repeat. Their image upload form on the website also doesn’t even work. With their refund policy I’m essentially screwed now. Unless I get a reply from an actual human.
maybe someone will see this.
