Issue with non-latin folder names

Hi, if a directory has a folder with a non-latin name, TX16Wx shows a message saying "Bad data" or something like that. And the only way to get rid of it is to reload the plug-in again.

Hm. A regression of sorts. Seems Windows desktop API does not return valid URL:s for items with non-latin codepage characters. Fairly easy to fix, but you will have to wait a few days for an update.
