Does this kind of arpeggiator synth effect have a name?

How to make that sound...

I have been wondering how this typical arpeggio style effect is achieved as in this track (Don Henley - The Boys of Summer 2:38-2:43: https://youtu.be/6RUIeX6UCT8?t=158

Or this one (George Duke - Bright 0:19-0:23). Maybe it's not the exact same effect it sounds more like sequenced delay but also kind of arpeggio like: https://youtu.be/_mrXXttOOig?list=PLcJs ... USluA&t=19

Thanks in advance :-)

Sounds like an arp or sequencer with a changing time division. You can achieve this effect and quite a few others using Bleass Arpeggiator. Here's a video demoing it's capabilities and you'll see what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7xyzIoCZF4&t=914s
