Starting a specific thread for user demos is a good idea, now there is a few demos in this one, but the list is growing!
In this case I can delete the user demos from this thread and we can link both threads. Also, LMK if you prefer to take control over this thread or write your own.

Nah, the thread is fine for now. Thanks for managing it!

Here's a new song by Frank Hoekzema and Bas Keder called Start Again: http://www.orangetreesamples.com/audio/ ... tAgain.mp3
It features Evolution Electric Guitar Strawberry (for both the muted rhythm guitar and the guitar solo) and CoreBass Cherry. Every part was played 100% live from a MIDI keyboard, too!

I found this nice piece in the Samplemodeling user demos forum, Not sure I can add the song link to the list because is hosted in Samplemodeling, so I'm linking to the thread. If Perry (the author) can provide us another link...
Great piece, enjoy the Samplemodeling stuff, guitar starts at the middle:

Thanks guys! I really had fun doing that and the guitar part seemed pretty convincing to me. It's funny, I own a lot of real percussion instruments but the claves & shaker were both from Zebra! -Perry-

Studiocat, the guitar track is lovely well done for me, showing EGG in a different style and tone. I was thinking how the guitar will sound adding more layers in your preset with random mutes or pinchharmonics, produced sometimes when you play chromatically fast in fretted positions, if you aren't a robot or a guitar monster. The brass part is so fresh and expressive!.studiocat wrote:Thanks guys! I really had fun doing that and the guitar part seemed pretty convincing to me. Thanks Jaleo. I truly need to dive into EEG & experiment more! I'm just using Greg's stock presets for now. "Dramatic Lead" being my favorite. My pitch wheel died on my Kurzweil PC3X and I'm trying to get used to the optional ribbon controller. The brass was a mix of Sample Modelling and WIVI. I just play stuff in real time. -Perry-

Oh man, I know what you mean--the pitch wheel on my Alesis QS6 broke a few years ago. It made me realize how dependent I am on pitch wheels.

Get that pitch wheel fixed! And don't rape it too hard next time!

I gave away my Alesis, but my XS8 has a really great pitch wheel and ribbon controller, so I'm set.
