e: I think you get the current version for subbing their Patreon too. Should be way cheaper. At least it was like that a few months ago.Dirtgrain wrote: ↑Fri Nov 24, 2023 4:46 pm Puremagnetik Lore looks to be available at $44.50 (code: NOV23). I'm watching videos and trying to figure out if it goes where others don't go.

I am checking out the Patreon. You can join for free and see what unlocks with membership. I just don’t know… I might look into compiling the app for myself as a little learning experience.dayjob wrote: ↑Mon Jun 13, 2022 2:11 amif you go to the patreon you can subscribe for like $3 a month and get that and some other stuff. the version you get when you cancel your subscription will remain in your account at puremagnetik.Dirtgrain wrote: ↑Sat Jun 11, 2022 12:08 pmThis can only be rented, it seems.El°HYM wrote: ↑Sat Jun 11, 2022 8:43 am Very worth to check, Lore by Puremagnetik.

so, if you subscribe for 3 or 4 months you'll get what exists now and a few updates along the way.. but it's worth subscribing regardless. there's some gems in the patreon.

Installing Cabbage and getting it to play Lore as downloaded from Github inside the IDE is really easy. I am having a bit of a challenge getting the exported VST to do anything; I suspect it has something to do with where the include folder gets placed.
Anyway, this is getting off topic for this thread and I won't post anymore here. Off I go to find more info. The Lore Discord invite in a related thread (viewtopic.php?t=592120) is expired or something now.

FYI, autochroma eats about 10% of my CPU when turned on. I am testing it on a track with Pianoteq 8. It makes some cool textures; so far I have just flipped through some presets. CPU is a 13th Gen Core i7-13700(H) (Dell XPS, 64 GB of RAM). I think for $30 on sale it is worth having.

Here's a free granular effect download
Spectral Spacer is a modular reverb / delay plugin with convolution and granular.

About a month ago Spectral announced that they are closing up shop. So they left Spacer available for free download on the front page

I clicked the top link and the page does say $119, not free. BUT, your front page does, so mea culpa and thank you.
Maybe take off the product link page. It confused me.
