Hello! I've just compiled some free IR's of different car interiors (for checking your mix I guess) and here's some of the links that I found!

1.) Mercedes Transporter Van and Car Radio (can be found on the Speaker folder) IR by Fokke van Saane:

There isn't that much IR's available on the internet but these could probably work more than enough imho, or you could also trying creating IR's of car interiors to share to us people in the internet (maybe if some of you had an IR of the interior of a chevrolet camaro please do share them, just joking) haha

Oh btw, if you also want a free plugin that has a car interior in it, there is one called Beyerdynamic Virtual Studio (Environments Simulator), here's the link for this plugin: https://plugins4free.com/plugin/3772/

2024 Update: I forgot to add here that the Soundly Place It Plugin that emulates different speaker and spaces also have a Sedan and two (2) van emulation, here's the link for this plugin: https://getsoundly.com/tools/

Hello once again! I would like to ask if anyone have (or created one) or know an IR of the Behringer REV2496 V-Verb Pro or of Behringer Mixer FX Unit (or probably even a Behringer reverb pedal/outboard processor)? (a free one if possible)

I'm looking for mic IRs. I have some of those ones from the chap with the blog page (he had Coles, Altecs, and lots of Japanese & European mics). I'm looking for the studio "usual suspects", and some hidden gems like EV mics.

Freeware/shareware, if possible. I'm a disabled musician, so chocolate milk is an extravagance.

They're in a proprietary .sfi format but as I have Acoustic Mirror as part of Sound Forge, I applied each of them to a test tone and deconvolved them into wav files to make them more universal.

Here's a bunch of Shure mic IR's that someone had shared in this forum, it contain some current and discontinued models (like condenser, crystal, dynamic, ribbon), it has some of the iconic mic like the Shure SM57, SM58, SM5B (not too iconic really), and my favorite the omni dynamic mic like the SM61 and Shure VP64A.

P.S. Original zip file of this IR's is in the very bottom of page 46 of this forum, but just added it here

Hello, so a friend of mine sent me this IR of their bathroom, with a small foldable speaker and captured with a Shure VP64 and Shure SM63. No further information were given to me as it's an IR that she created a few years ago. Nevertheless, I do hope you'll find some use for this IR she made!

Hello, so I've just found these Impulse Response by Creach on my previous laptop which hasn't been used for few years now (btw here's the website for the IR https://www.creach-amp.com/impulse-responses) so i'll post it here if some of you may find you use for it!

The IR consist of the following:
* Marshall 1960B+Celestion G12T75
* Orange PPC212 OB+Celestion Vintage 30
* Blackheart BH110+Eminence 1016b
* Peavey 412JS+Jensen 1270

(I did try to search the IR's on wayback machine/internet archive but downloading it isn't available as it hasn't been saved/archived)

Hello once again, i managed to save a Impulse Response of the Tonhalle Zürich Concert Hall from a website that is not working anymore unfortunately, hence why I thought of sharing it here as who knows some may find use for this IR!

Here's one to file under "unusual spaces" - an impulse response I made inside one of the Wildrose Charcoal Kilns in Death Valley NP. It's a stone dome, about 25 feet in height and diameter, with an earth floor, damp from recent snowmelt. Equipment is a Sony PCM-D100 and a pair of EM272 "clippy" mics in a roughly binaural configuration on a small tripod. This is actually a mix of two impulses, one from a small air packet clapped and popped at chest height and the other from stomping with both feat on the earth floor. This seemed to be the best way to get a broad spectrum impulse with the equipment I had available.
