FXpansion DCAM FreeComp:

http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=185

FXpansion is proud to present DCAM FreeComp, a free circuit-modelled compression plugin in VST, AU or RTAS formats. DCAM FreeComp is a realistic model of a classic console bus compressor design, designed to gel subgroups and entire mixes together while enhancing punch and definition. It's also excellent at taming peaks in individual tracks and instruments, creative sculpting and heavy, pumping compression effects.

DCAM FreeComp is available as a download-only product and is FREE for all FXpansion.com user account holders. Please note that it must be authorized with a valid serial before it can be used.

MeldaProduction
http://www.meldaproduction.com/plugins/ ... ectsBundle
MFreeEffectsBundle contains a set of 22 audio effects, which are completely free. Their features are very limited compared to our commercial plugins, but still extraordinary to most plugins on the market.
Audio Damage
http://www.audiodamage.com/downloads/pr ... pid=ADF002
Rough Rider is a modern compressor with a bit of "vintage" style bite and a uniquely warm sound. Perfect for adding compression effects to your drum buss, it also sounds great with synth bass, clean guitar, and backing vocals.
Blue Cat Audio
http://www.bluecataudio.com/Products/Bu ... ewarePack/
All Blue Cat Audio freeware audio plug-ins gathered together in a single package: this bundle contains a wide range of premium modulation effects, a single and dual-channel equalizer, a unique midi-controllable gain suite, as well as a professional spectrum analyzer.
TSE
http://www.theserinaexperiment.net/
The first software was released in 2009 under the name TSE X30 which is a digital emulation of a German highgain guitar preamp. Meanwhile there's been developed a handful of plugins for both guitars & bass, and the complexity of the algorithms used in the plugins has grown by each project. The author is a mainly a musician/composer and won't finish a project until it sounds good, because of this it could take some time between each release/update.
Sleepy-Time DSP
http://sleepytimedsp.com/software/lisp/
Whether you use a traditional de-esser, sidechained compressor, dynamic EQ, or even edit your tracks manually, cleaning up sibilance problems in your vocals can get pretty tedious. Lisp is new type of de-esser that aims to speed-up this process with its automatic sibilance detection algorithm.

Sorry, but wrong. I'm using x64 of 5 of their heads. The cab is x86 only unless you are on mac, and I believe that is x64.

Compatible x86 but not x64, right?

Well look at that! You are right. I'm glad to be wrong for once (theehee). Somehow this has passed my free plugins antennas unnoticed. :D

I kinda miss the red full-stack vintage Marshall Hybrit though.

Re the MeldaProduction bundle:

The site says "All effects are available as fully functional trial versions for 15 days, then they become demo versions with several limitations and need to be activated" and lists the price of the free bundle as "free/30 Eur". What does this mean? Is it indeed free?
