I'm just coming back from a prolonged absence due to medical issues, and I'm rebulding my studio.
I used to use Rapture Pro for Anomaly, but it looks like Cakewalk went all wonky so I'm in search of a replacement.
Any suggestions? I miss my Anomaly!!! Waaaahhhh...
Thanks in advance!

Honestly? Wusik V6 - V7....
Without a doubt, I did more interesting thing using that instrument, including making most of the Anomaly sounds using it....
Second - the Anomaly VSTi - but that comes without the Wusik soundset - which is massive - and which I have also made a lot of presets for, including 3rd party soundsets.
Rapture/Dimension Pro - I always tried to make the presets for these instuments different, consciously using different delay parameters when making presets for each instrument. Also tried to not make the same pairings of sounds for each instrument, but sometimes could not resist.
Kontakt - when I was working with Kontakt V2 and V3 I always thought it was a pain. When I moved to V5 and made the scripted interface it was more in line with what I wanted. But still a pain.
Absynth - an absolute nightmare.....
SynthMaster 2 - a delight to work with, once I figured out how to bypass the inherent bug in reading sample loop points. It required me adjusting all of my samples available for SynthMaster 2. I still think it is an amazing instrument and is only behind Wusik V6 - V7 in my favorites.
Finally - HG Fortunes STS - 24. Again, another tool which I used to make some of the Anomaly sounds. You can do things with this instrument that, like with Wusik and I would venture SynthMaster 2 - cannot be done with other instruments....

In the end - any instrument that can load sfz and or wav files will be best. Evrything else is personal preference.....
