I have to say, this thing is great, and loads of fun too.
I had this for a while but only yesterday i started playing with it, and haven't stopped since!
Step sequencers are great to work with drums, they're just inspiring, specially a well done like this one.

You can chain up to 32 16-step patterns, diferent resolutions available. You can have one effect per step, like reverse and diferent types of rolls. You can even set the whole pattern to play backwards, a nice touch.
There's a wide range of dynamic level, just click to draw a step and move up or down. Shuffle control is per pattern, also nice.

You have 10 channels to put your samples and build your kit. Some nice controls include pitch bend, velocity to sample start and tone, and lenght.
It's sort of a Reason Redrum on steroids. Heck, this even has midi out :)

The interface is amazing and the price is...well, free! You can even get the source code, if you're into that.

Could use an internal delay and reverb, but it's not a big problem, since it's multi-out; and it has no preset, could use some kits to get you started, but it's so much fun creating your own, it almost doesn't matter. Midi drag & drop from the patterns to your sequencer would make it even better.

It comes with a very good manual, well written and pretty, but it doesn't mention the midi-out capability. I had a huge grin when i discovered it ;)

Get it.
