BUG: previously sent PMs listed in wrong "Sent messages" threads

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

In the past month, I have been seeing PMs I sent to user A listed in the "Sent messages" threads of user B or user C, etc.; and also seeing PMs I sent to user B listed in the "Sent messages" threads of user A; etc.

It seems that the messages are actually delivered to the correct recipients, because the recipients are replying to the correct intended messages and no one has expressed confusion. It's just that it's very confusing to review the previous messages when they are jumbled in the wrong threads.
