problems registering sylenth1

ive recently purchased a full version of sylenth1 and it wont let me register it. i went to the software and clicked on the 'click to register' clicked on the 'license' file but it wont do anything! its still on demo mode. i payed $215 AU for this vst. please help!!

You'll need to provide some more info for anyone here to be able to help you:
* What OS are you running?
* What DAW are you running?
* Are you running the full version of Sylenth1 sent to you when you purchased or the demo version (they are different)?
* How exactly did you try to register the plugin?
* Did you start your DAW using Administrative privileges (Windows only)?
