this tune doesn't sound like a typical verstaerker tune - but what do you think:

Up till now I've just been too lazy to say anything whenever you've posted tunes, so I would just like to I've liked everything you've posted on kvr.

On this one I love the rhythm section, not so sure sure about the strings though, I need a few more listens. Sounds like a warmer, less awkward Aphex Twin.

I dig it, but I'm more fond of your other works. This was a bit more slow and less stompy than usual. I still like it, but the other tunes you've posted I found more impressive.

Speaking of which, got any other pieces ready for listening? 8) :P

Knowing a few of the other sounds you have shared here, I think this is actually a lot harder to make then those others. Keeping things tempered and warm is a challenge.

That said I like this one a lot, and I personally think those haunted strings in here are a fine touch :D

Thanks for the critics - i build this track to stand out of my forthcoming album - and i think it works.

I gotta say, I absolutely love your work. I'm a lot more fond of the more aggresive and higher bpm stuff, but with noise/industrial, it's quite hard to make slower stuff that isn't so in-your-face. I'm impressed with what's going on in the slower songs too. Usually I get quite frustrated and bored because of the repitition, but you keep things moving and changing a lot, so that really helps to keep my interest (A.D.D. Master!). The total agression type tracks are fantastic--I just feel like stomping on everything in the house (much to my cat's disapproval and terror  ). Please, more higher bpm tracks! I'm serious, I hit reload on the music café page at least 5 times a day hoping to see new work by you and Michael (aka endmusik)

Keep up the great work! :D

Hey hello verstaerker,

I find this is indeed an interesting sort of music, and it reminds me of a cd I have : "Restgeraeusch 1h/1min "released on mille plateaux label in 1996 (MP CD 20, EFA 00670-2, GEMA LC 6001).
It's music made out of amplification feedback, shorcuts and ground noises, and this only, no computer is involved. Strictly speaking it's noise, but a very interesting noise. Maybe you know it? If you don't, you could try and find this cd with some interest for your work.

Cheers

thanks
i couldn't find any samples on the net - can u maybe
provide a little sample for me?

No I can't do that sry, but you can go there and find the cd under the MP 20 reference. I didn't investigated the site but you'll surely will, finding maybe some sounds, some infos & contacts to buy the disc.

Well your tunes are have been on my Winamp playlist for the last month. Even though it's set to shuffle and withover 2000 tracks it's been throwing up a few of them, and I tell instantiously when they play: some of them have such a wall of sound, there's some great layering going on. Yesterday Setonal played and it came on like a f**king tornado.

Brilliant stuff. :D
