Hello all!
Please advise a free vst synth for a beginner.

I like the sound of synths Sylenth1, Hive, Electrax, Rayblaster, Z3ta+, but I don't have the money to buy them.

I tried to make the sound in demo mode, but lacks time in the demo and the constraint functions of synthesizers.

Try this one, it's something like a free version of Sylenth with added FM. Unfortunately, 32 bit only.

Try Synapse Audio Dune LE. Good sound and lots of functionality for no money. :) Be aware that they probably use your email to send you commercial offers though (although i never received anything tbh), when you register at that site, which you have to in order to download the plugins. You can use a 10 minute mail adress to register though.

Not exactly like the ones you mentioned, but it's a good one

You welcome. Btw, should you need any help with these synths, you may PM me, I speak Russian and understand Ukrainian (I suppose that communicating in one of these languages may be more conveniet for you).

This is really one of the best sounding free plug ins I've ever tried. It could easily be a commercial release.

You probably mean they don't look "cool"/modern enough..?
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

That kind of surprised me as well. Those plugins are some pretty excellent emulations of classic hardware synths. Then again we have no idea what kind of sound he's looking for...

If you compare the synths, Sylenth1 and other such beautiful nice sound, but most of free just a squeaky sound.

I want to find a synth similar to what he wrote in the first message.
I could download a pirated version, but conscience bothers me and I'm afraid of viruses.

And I know what hacked products punished, I'm 13 and want to quietly make music and not deal with the developers.

Well, he clearly stated he is looking for something in the vein of Sylenth, Hive and Elektra. Synth1 definitely will not get there (actually, I don't understand why people insist so much in Synth1, basically as an answer to everything). SQ8L and DeXed are completely different approaches. The one that could maybe come closer is OB-Xd, but even that, is definitely not in the same orientation of Sylenth and Hive. I think the suggestions given the first answering post are the best.
