Sounds great! The vocalist is excellent, and as mentioned previously, the whistling is a nice touch.

Thanks Jeff for the kind words!
Yes, the whistling :D That was more of a test. I can whistle quite well, but in a song? No way! I tried it anyway and the feedback was pretty positive. That was actually the reason why I bought a microphone (I don't sing).I had only whistled into my iPhone before and that had a lot of background noise...
Have a great week!

Hi guys, people are more likely to click a video than Soundcloud or Bandcamp, so I always try to make at least a Visualizer video if possible. It's easier to share and you can also put links to the stores etc. in it.
The video isn't listed yet, so it's actually rather private and you can't see it on my YouTube channel...

Oh. I did not know that.
Many social media platforms have a strong focus on videos. On Facebook, Instagram etc., the algorithms also seem to favor videos, especially if they are uploaded on the same platform. Many have experienced that the reach of videos is significantly higher than if you just post a Soundcloud or Bandcamp link.

Is a term for videos that usually have static content or simple (3D) animations, often to the beat of the music. These are not "typical" music videos, but videos to visualize the music ;)
Many musicians also add the fact that it is a visualizer to the video title ("Official Visualizer", "Visualizer", "Album Visualizer",...).

I sort of had my own suspicions about that at one time. Thank you for sharing.

I see. And which tool(s) do you personally use and/or recommend to create these visualizer videos?

Apart from Davinci Resolve or Adobe After Effects... the best-known online tools are probably https://musicvid.org. A successor to that is https://vizzy.io which I like to use (all free). There are also other commercial ones like https://rotorvideos.com or https://specterr.com (I think Specterr also has a free plan).

You're welcome ;)
If you want to reach new fans in general, a video is actually the best choice. Then spend a bit of money and advertise it (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). If you're really lazy, a short video will do). 1 minute, some interesting footage and the best part of the track as music... then on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube (short), Facebook (reels) etc. This is a great way to reach young people in particular.

Very well conceived tune from the song structure to the instrumentation and mixing.
It has a very positive vibe while being subtle and flavorful.
Reminds of one of my favorite artist, Mike Oldfield.
The kind of tune that stands up after several listens. :tu:

Thank you very much, Richard, for your kind words! It's nice to hear that the track still stands up after several listens. I'm honored if my track reminds you to Mike Oldfield. Have a great week!

I'm still waiting for an answer from some labels, otherwise I'll release the track myself to get it into the stores.

In case an A&R from Sony is reading this... be quick :hihi:
