Drift technology

IK's Drift technology allows your digital synths to accurately emulate the living, breathing nature of an analog oscillator. Individually programmable drift controls are available for each of the four oscillators to produce a sound that's unmistakably analog. IK Multimedia's technology is far more complex than a simply detuning effect like some other emulations; Drift technology truly mimics the way that analog circuits behave in real time.

An incredibly powerful tool, the wave set browser allows you to individually program each of Syntronik 2 Max's four oscillators with sounds from the massive collection of wave sets from each synth. For the number of sounds that it has, Syntronik 2 is exceedingly easy to navigate, offering intuitive browsing and sorting of sounds by keywords, category, character, rating, and type.

Built-in arpeggiators and step sequencer

Syntronik 2 is much more than a sound bank. It has a powerful note and chord arpeggiator with assignable ranges, as well as the ability to quickly recall previously used presets. These arpeggiators are paired with a new step sequencer that allows you to easily create all types of rhythmic patterns.
