alex.nadzharov has announced the release of isxynth, a spectral morphing / cross synthesis app with some performance-oriented features, for iOS and macOS (Apple Silicon).
isxynth takes two input signals, splits each one into two parts containing noise and tone components and then allows morphing between all these elements. A Freeze control allows a spectral blurring-like effect for both input signals, two three second delay lines allow selection of different signals in time and also provide a "freeze" effect.
The user can process left and right channels on a stereo source or use this effect as a multi-input AUv3 — in that case it will use two stereo inputs.
