Digital Brain Instruments has updated vPlayer 4 Lite to version 4.1.
The new update fixes the following bugs:
- Plugin setting were not saved properly within vPlayer 4 Lite presets in Mac and Windows versions.
- Master rack plugins and settings used were not saved properly on Windows version.
The new update also adds:
- Possibility to export recordings in AIFF and FLAC file formats.
vPlayer 4 Lite is a 64-bit VST/AU host developed for playing an audio plugin rig live, for jamming with virtual synths or for quick testing of new plugins, all without the need for a DAW. vPlayer 4 Lite acts as a wrapper to turn any VST/AU into a standalone application.
While a traditional DAW can be used for live performance, many musicians prefer the stability and ease of use that comes with dedicated VST host.
