Fixed EQ Plugins (they save properly now and arent super slow)

It recently has come to my attention that my EQ plugins (customeq2 and layer1) both were unusable; saving them in projects and reopening them would reset the entire state of the plugin. I just reuploaded them to mediafire so you can use the exact same link to redownload and get the correct version (1.1 or later) for each. I am very very sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope that you have fun producing! Feel free to reach out to me if there are any other problems you encounter.

I also optimized layer1 so it doesn't use nearly as much cpu.
