Geniesoft has updated Overture v4.1.0 to Patch 23.
Changes and Improvements in 4.1.0 since Patch 21:
- Fixed problem with music symbols being remapped to default font when opening old files.
- Fixed bug that caused GPO Aria Player to freeze it's volume and hang when program closes.
- Fixed problem when changing a note's voice that changed the measure's rhythm incorrectly.
- Fixed problem with dragging tracks in Tracks Window when scrolled.
- Fixed cluster alignment with stems up and seconds in the chord (From last patch).
- Rhythmic notes can be flipped without losing attached ties.
- Percussive tracks can now be re-transcribed without losing note scale positions.
- Fixed broken ties (again) on step inputted slash notes.
- Fixed problem with creating slurs across measures into last measure in score.
- Fixed curvature problem with slurs that crossed systems that were indented on either side.
- Fixed problem with Tempo Dialog that defaulted to changed all tempos to end of score instead on next tempo.
- Now, when deleting ties on slash notes heads deletes all ties not just the one showing.
- MAC - Fixed tuplet misalignment problem when entering triplets with mouse.
- MAC - Fixed Recent Files Menu list not working.
- MAC - Default folder in Preferences is now saved.
- Fixed problem with ties giving extra note space when notes are close together. Now they don't give any space regardless. This was a problem with scores that had tight Allotments.
- Fixed problem with cursor jumping to bottom of screen when "Advance Cursor" was turn off in Preferences.
- Fixed problem with cursor not working properly when it was to the left of the staff (From previous patch).
- Fixed a few problems with ties not staying attached to slash notes.
- Changed Installer to stop looking when it finds default folder including (x86) folder.
- Improved Chord and note alignment problems from last two patches.
- Fixed a few Graphic Tool problems when dragging right to left.
- MAC - Fixed the Wedge in Graphics Palette not displaying bug.
- Improved grace note spacing.
- Fixed spacing on notes with arpeggios.
- Fixed a possible crash when opening a file that contained an alternate meter font that was not in the system.
- Changed default Engraver Preference for "Barline to char" to 1.5 spaces. Everybody should have at lease 1.5 spaces if you're using Guitar Frames.
