With Scoring Mallets you can play single notes, Trills, Rolls, Glissandi, and have dedicated access to Multi Mallet playing techniques.
The new Acoustic Positioner offers a proprietary algorithmic instrument positioning that relies on the acoustic properties of the recording space. It offers true positioning capabilities without relying on convolution and panning mock-ups. The engine is based on specific microphone arrays and placement that allowed HandHeldSound to create a comprehensive time and phase matrix that is entirely sample-based.
Playability and humanization are greatly enhanced through custom scripting to control velocity, extended techniques, Trills, Rolls, Glissandi, and multi mallet playing styles.
Scoring Mallets requires the full retail version of Kontakt 5.5+.
