ImpulseRecord.com has announced the release of its new Convology Impulse Response Library, a collection of over 950+ FX / SFX / Real Spaces, encompassing 100s of unique Real Spaces. Film, Industrial, Commercial and Songwriter's alike, will be able to utilize this new pallet of sound FX and SFX, created with exotic impulses from all over the world that are "truly between real and the unusual along with a very fine real space collection", according to ImpulseRecord.

Small FX, Medium FX, Large FX, Cartoon Character FX, One Shots, Outside Ambiences and Surreal Spaces are available and all included in the Convology Platinum Library. Convology FX/SFX impulses range from Mystical, Magical, Surreal to huge One Shots and "heart pounding" Cinematic Crashes and Rumbles and length from small, medium to large.

How about pulling up the enormous engine bells from the Apollo rocket engines that took our guys to the moon – ImpulseRecord says they're included. Convology's Real Space list includes unique IRs from Israel, France, Martha's Vineyard, China, Japan to all over the US, Australia and Under Water IRs, along with a large natural and common IR collection for great utility recording and post production use.

The library of outside ambiences, is far reaching. From sound bouncing around a huge marina off Ocean Park in Oak Bluffs Martha's Vineyard, downtown Chattanooga, large caves, 300 foot water fall drop (encompassing enormous dry base of the falls), the recorded impulse of sound rolling around a large lake, band pavilions to woods and riverbeds with sound bouncing off 200 foot rock cliffs and the ancient Bet Shean Amphitheatre. Try using a kick with the Oak Bluff's Harbor IR or one of the many included One Shot impulses and you'll "feel like you're listening to live outside fireworks", apparently.

Ever wonder what an underwater convolution effect would sound like in your recordings – You no longer have to. Convology's large collection of IRs capture some of the most famous halls from around the world, along with many beautiful churches, from small to large to huge -Cathedral with 8 second reverb, many in 5.1 surround.

Compatible with virtually any DAW computer system and convolution FX processors. All IRs processed wav at 96/24 to preserve the minute details that make any recording come alive.

There are hundreds of real space IRs and well over 300+ FX/SFX.

ImpulseRecord says that Convology's real space IRs are "truly complete" with most churches 5.1 surround, with multiple mic patterns - close, mids, fars and inclusive of all of the detailed side rooms, foyers, balconies, etc. Convology's real space section has numerous arenas including the 5,000 seat arena where President Obama and Senator John McCain held their second debate, along with a 11,000 seat arena and a 20,000 seat arena.

The Convology real space library includes IRs of many rooms and halls of all sizes, from lecture halls to Ivy League orchestral halls, along with planes, cars, B&Bs, elevators, stairs, cliff overhangs, parking garages, 45 seat theatre, multiple gyms, microwaves, scads of pipes and tubes of all varieties, cabins, airplane hangars, dumpsters, rotten tree trunks, conference rooms, a large collection of real spaces too many to list here.

Pricing starts at $29.95.
