JELSTUDIO has released Air Fuzz, which is described as a 'bass air generator' effect-plugin for Windows (VST).
Air Fuzz is a dynamic sound-effect for making bass-parts sound more 'dry', 'airy' and 'open'.
It is best suited to individual tracks (bass and kick in particular), during mixing or recording, but can occasionally also work well on busses or even the master-track (depending on your audio-material).
It does not create harmonics or distortion, like a traditional saturator, but rather a sense of air-flow around low frequency audio-material.
Deep frequencies, such as bass and kick-drums (Perhaps especially '808' kicks), can get a lovely raspy sound when using Air Fuzz at moderate levels.

- Zero latency (for Live use or for tracking/mixing/mastering/post-production).
- For Windows 7, 8, 10, (11 not tested).
- Zip with .dll (no .exe installation).
- No DRM (Such as PhoneHome, iLok, etc.).
