MeldaProduction releases MLimiter and updates MCompressor (v1.0.4) and MEqualizer (v1.0.1)
MeldaProduction has released MLimiter, another free VST effect plug-in for Windows, and updated MCompressor to v1.0.4 and MEqualizer to v1.0.1, adding several user-requested features.
MLimiter performs smooth limiting in a standard tube-like way improving clarity of the resulting sound. It can also be used as a distortion module for guitars and other instruments.
Features:
- Actual source level indication inside the shape graph.
- 7 smooth limiting modes.
- Fully automatable.
- Global preset management - using a title button you can save your settings, which are shared on the computer, so you can easily access them in another songs.
Changes in MCompressor v1.04:
- Unix axis in gain-reduction and output gain level.
- Smart units showing important dB values in 100% zoom.
- Non-linear attack/release time editors for better configuration of small values.
- Fix: Editor size in Reaper.
- Fix: SSE2 optimization caused soft knee failure on Cubase 4.
- Homepage and e-mail buttons removed from title.
Changes in MEqualizer v1.01:
- Smart units showing important frequency values in 100% zoom.
- Q now editable using mouse wheel over a band-point.
- Fix: Editor size in Reaper.
